Although we want as many people as possible to enjoy our creation, you have to be at least 18 years old to use Dates And Honey.

Dates and Honey does not knowingly collect any information about or market to children, minors or anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child, minor or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that person's registration and delete their data to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By submitting an appeal and paying the processing fee, you acknowledge and agree that:

Reactivation of terminated accounts is at our sole discretion and may not be possible in all cases. If reactivation is approved:

Users explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

  • We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users

  • We cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of any user

  • We cannot predict or prevent harmful behavior by users

  • We are not responsible for information shared between users

  • We are not responsible for users who misrepresent themselves or their intentions

  • DO NOT rely on contacting Dates And Honey LLC for emergency assistance
